Senior Director, Clinical Development

Revolution Medicines seeks an experienced clinical science leader to direct clinical development strategy and execution for oncology molecules targeting RAS-addicted cancers. This role encompasses early-stage through pivotal studies, regulatory submissions, cross-functional team leadership, and strategic clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical science strategy and documentation for clinical development plans across indications
• Oversee clinical trial design, execution, patient recruitment, data management, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct medical and safety data reviews, provide study reporting and site personnel training
• Lead and mentor cross-functional clinical development teams with potential direct reports
• Analyze clinical data and provide strategic insights to guide program decisions and timelines

Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, or equivalent advanced degree required
• Minimum 10+ years clinical development or related pharmaceutical R&D experience
• Expertise in clinical data analysis, interpretation, and pharmaceutical relevance
• Experience with clinical trial design, site selection, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams independently
• Strong stakeholder management with clinical investigators and regulatory agencies
