Desired skills and qualifications:

• Active state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLPs is advantageous
• Previous pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred
• Proficiency in teletherapy and traditional service delivery models
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Strong communication, documentation, and organization skills
• New graduates working toward CFY completion are welcomed

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students with various speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child's learning and social-emotional growth
• Conduct evaluations, document progress, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
• Provide teletherapy and in-person services as required by student needs
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to federal, state, and district guidelines
