CBIZ Talent Solutions is assisting their valued IT Services client in Suffolk County with their search for a Contract Recruiter to support their continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, relationship-focused recruiter to make an immediate impact with a growing organization. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle across a mix of technical and non-technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and help build high-performing teams. Location: Suffolk County, NY Schedule: 100% onsite to start, with potential for a hybrid schedule based on performance and mastery of the role. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates Build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking Coordinate interviews, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding activities Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience Technical recruiting experience is a plus Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment ATS experience required Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation Range: $30hr-$38hr If interested, please send your most current resume to View email address on click.appcast.io with "Contract Recruiter" in the subject line.
