Job Summary: The Facilities Project Manager at 4P Consulting is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of facility-related projects. The Facilities Project Manager will handle project planning, resource allocation, vendor management, risk assessment, quality control, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, budget, and timelines. Identify project goals and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements and ensure the timely completion of projects. Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and maintain positive relationships with external vendors. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with the project and develop effective mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly to minimize delays or disruptions. Quality Control: Ensure that all project deliverables meet established quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and promptly address any deficiencies or deviations from specifications. In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
