OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Mercy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will assess patients’ functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation in the medical record. Mercy offers a collaborative, learning-focused culture with opportunities for professional growth, specialization, and meaningful impact on community health and patient quality of life.
