We are looking for individuals with machining or manufacturing experience who take pride in producing quality work. Whether you are an experienced CNC Machinist or a skilled Machine Operator looking to grow your career, we want to hear from you. Compensation $20.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated machining skills. What We’re Looking For Preferred Qualifications Experience operating CNC lathes, mills, Swiss machines, or other manufacturing equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Commitment to quality, accuracy, and safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Additional Qualifications for Advanced Machinists Experience setting up CNC equipment. Experience editing offsets, tooling, and machine programs. Knowledge of G-Code, M-Code, Mazatrol, or other CNC controls preferred. Ability to hold tight tolerances and perform advanced inspections. Experience with continuous improvement and process optimization. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment. Why Lakeland Manufacturing?
