Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Springfield, MA
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that provides weekly home time and minimal physical demands? Join American Trucking Group, where we offer dry van routes across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic with outstanding equipment and competitive compensation.
Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are designed to ensure steady miles while allowing you to maintain important family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfortable heating and cooling.
- You may take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, allowing you to focus on driving without excessive physical effort.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,200 to $1,600 per week, based on mileage and performance.
- Additional pay includes detention compensation according to customer policy, $12 per hour for layovers after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Routes cover Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky. All tolls are managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.
