Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Front Office Clerk to join our Oncology Clinic in Bolivar, Missouri - someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.
Position Details
- Status: Full Time
- Work Shift: Days
- Hours: 8:00a.m- 4:30p.m
Services include:
- Chemotherapy
- Hematology
- Rehabilitation services
- Prosthetic fittings
- Social services
- Dietary services
- Working closely with the physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and registered medical assistants
- Answering the telephone and routing to appropriate people
- Scheduling office visits, clinic procedures, updating consents, patient insurance, and demographics.
- Collecting clinic co-pays, obtaining medical records, and assisting with coordination of referrals.
Experience: 1 year customer service in healthcare or clerical
Skills: Organization, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking
Licensure/Certification: N/A
Physical Requirements: Ability to work at a computer 90% of the day and stand for the remaining 10%
