Travel Respiratory Therapist - Registered RT/RRT

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 12-hour day shift assignment requiring adult, pediatric, and NICU Level III inpatient experience at a teaching hospital.

Job Details

• Inpatient respiratory therapy covering Adult ICU, PICU, and NICU Level III units,
• 12-hour day shift schedule, 36 hours per week,
• Weekends as needed with schedule flexibility required,
• No call requirements,
• No block schedules,
• Holiday coverage required for 2 of the following 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day,

Job Requirements

• Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); CRT not accepted,
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required,
• Minimum 1 year of experience required,
• Teaching hospital experience required,
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years required,
• NICU levels of experience must be documented in work history,
• License required if applicable,

Additional Information

• Bi-weekly orientation held on Mondays,
• Reliable personal transportation strongly recommended due to limited public transit access,
• Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November through April,
• Local candidates accepted
