We are seeking an Embedded Program Manager to serve as a trusted on-site partner supporting consultant operations, recruiter collaboration, and day-to-day client relationship needs. This is a highly relational, fast-moving role best suited for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, communicates well, and can balance organization with flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day embedded liaison supporting on-site team needs
• Support consultant onboarding, check-ins, and ongoing engagement
• Partner closely with recruiters on openings and candidate calibration
• Help interpret hiring needs and communicate requests across stakeholders
• Maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders
• Surface opportunities, insights, and account-related feedback
• Help consultants navigate ambiguity, questions, or day-to-day issues
• Use sound judgment to determine when to escalate versus resolve independently


Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a relationship-first approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort working on-site in a hybrid environment with consistent in-person presence
• Ability to stay calm, adaptable, and effective in ambiguous situations
• Highly organized without relying on overly rigid processes
• Experience partnering with recruiting, staffing, or talent teams
• Good judgment and the ability to work independently when appropriate
• Professional, approachable, and proactive working style

Role Snapshot
