This role provides bridge between our customer engagement teams, our sales managers, and all other departments involved in the sales process, ensuring seamless collaboration, timely communication, and consistent execution of sales strategies. The Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the integrity and effectiveness of the sales pipeline through accurate data management, reporting, opportunity tracking, and proposal support.As a Senior Analyst, Global Sales Optimization, you willUtilize and adhere to the sales process as outlined by sales management and works with the sales team members to ensure consistent and accurate applicationWork and communicate with Global, Regional, and Local Sales to ensure timely and correct contributionsMonitor CRM Data for accuracy and provide on-going support for salesforce usersReview individual, regional and global dashboards and communicate gaps in SPIs complianceUse company CRM to document and support all sales activitiesProduce in-country, regional and global reportsAlign Salesforce data with assumptions used in pricing analysis and financial offersCreate and maintain a library of internal and external stakeholders participating in live/virtual presentations About youPrior experience working within an administration role.
