Rural Health Outreach & Equity Advocate

CareSource is seeking a Rural Health Liaison to conduct outreach, educate members, providers, and CBOs about health access in rural communities. The role leads education programs and supports policy development to promote health equity and better outcomes. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in social work or public health and at least three years in health care or public health, with strong CRM and stakeholder management skills.
