Manufacturing Stockroom Supervisor

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $30.00/hr

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Stockroom Supervisor to lead stockroom and inventory operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing stockroom, inventory control, and supervisory experience , along with the ability to manage a team and keep parts and materials moving efficiently.

The Stockroom Supervisor works under the general supervision of the VP Finance/CFO and coordinates activities involving the scheduling and release of parts, requisitioning of purchased parts, and maintaining effective inventory control records and system procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Stockroom Clerks, Receiving Clerk, Shipping Clerk, and Customer Service Expeditor.
• Coordinate daily stockroom activities, including scheduling and releasing parts for manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, databases, and inventory control procedures.
• Manage the inventory database and provide technical, procedural, inventory control, and parts exchange support.
• Monitor inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrections.
• Pull shortage reports and provide job status updates to supervisors.
• Assist with inventory planning, scheduling, forecasting, tracking, auditing, and reporting.
• Work within Made2Manage (M2M) and other ERP systems.
• Work closely with Production and Shipping to locate parts and resolve issues that could delay manufacturing or shipments.
• Manage scrap metal and wood used for crating.
• Review weekly timesheets and overtime reports for submission to Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory and delegating experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong manufacturing stockroom and inventory control experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• ERP experience required; Made2Manage (M2M) experience is a plus .
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented with strong leadership skills.
• Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
