Join Renew Massage Studio in DENVER!Renew Massage Studio is looking for a Fill-In/Flex Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team at our thriving Denver studio.This position is a great fit for an LMT looking for flexibility without committing to a regular weekly schedule. Whether you're looking to supplement another massage position, add a few shifts to your schedule each month, or simply want the flexibility to work when it fits your availability, our Fill-In/Flex position offers the opportunity to be part of the Renew team with a limited monthly commitment.We're looking for an LMT who is passionate about massage, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and is comfortable engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing the same high-quality experience our clients expect from every Renew therapist.Why Renew Denver?Our Denver location gives therapists the opportunity to join an established team.Renew is a non-corporate studio founded by a female LMT, and our workplace has been designed with massage therapists in mind. Compensation includes hourly wages plus commission and reflects your skill level and experience.Therapists can also earn additional commission for specialized services, including:CBD, Cupping, Hot Salt Stones, Prenatal Massage and Manual Lymphatic DrainageWe also provide an additional commission bonus for therapists who work both weekend shifts.ScheduleFlexible scheduling with no regular weekly shift requirementChoose from a list of available shifts up to one month in advanceMust work at least three shifts per monthAt least 33% of your scheduled shifts must be a Saturday or SundayPaid setup time before your first client and paid turnover time between appointmentsBenefitsPaid sick time for all team members401(k) plan for those who qualifyGuaranteed annual raisesWhat We're Looking ForA valid Colorado massage therapy license and insuranceReliability and professionalismExcellent communication and client-service skillsAbility to provide varying levels of pressure, including Deep Tissue techniquesA commitment to providing a consistently excellent client experienceExperience is preferred, but newer massage therapists are welcome to apply.
