Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) / DON – Hospice
Growing California hospice agency is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS/DON) .
We are looking for a knowledgeable, hands-on clinical leader who understands hospice operations, patient care, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Hospice experience strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare/CMS and California hospice regulations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a health related field
