Painter/ Coater

Industrial Painter & CoaterRiley Industrial Services, Inc. has immediate openings for experienced journeyman painters & coaters at our Show Low, AZ branch. Painting I-beams, pipe, meter runs, vessels, tanks, etc. Experience spraying with both airless & conventional. We're NOT looking for commercial or house painters, but rather industrial-type painters!Must have a valid driver's license (no interlocks, state ID's, etc.)Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana)Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.At least 2 years of experience in painting and coating within industrial or commercial settings.Basic knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating application.Familiarity with safety standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical specifications.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in industrial painting or sandblasting techniques.Knowledge of environmental regulations related to coatings and abrasive blasting.Experience with various coating systems including epoxy, polyurethane, and zinc-rich primers.Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with maintenance of sandblasting and painting equipment.Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
