Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive client care, ensuring all aspects of the client's well-being are addressed.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated on the latest practices and research in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n
