As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll design and develop cutting-edge applications and scalable systems that power critical innovations. From building APIs to shaping architecture, your work will directly contribute to delivering solutions that make a measurable impact. What You’ll Do: Develop secure and scalable APIs and backend systems using Python frameworks like Flask or Django. Architect and build applications that process and transform vast datasets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready software. Contribute to cloud-native solutions using AWS and modern development practices. Lead by example in coding best practices, peer reviews, and mentorship opportunities. What We’re Looking For: 8+ years of experience in professional software development, with a strong focus on Python. Proven expertise in building web applications and APIs using Flask/Django. Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design principles. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Ability to take ownership of complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with advanced database technologies like Elasticsearch or Neo4j. Familiarity with machine learning techniques, particularly NLP or OCR. Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or similar) and UI design principles.
