Caseloads are thoughtfully assigned according to your experience and preferences, spanning a diverse range of needs from moderate to profound.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered
• Prior experience with pediatric populations in schools, especially early childhood or elementary settings
• Comfort and adaptability working with a range of student needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators and families
• Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all learners

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments, evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans for students
• Delivering direct therapy services across in-person settings for K–12 students
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Documenting services and monitoring student outcomes to ensure compliance with IEP goals
• Providing support, resources, and consultation to staff around best practices in communication disorders
