What You'll Do

\n

As the Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Innovation , you will:

• Lead new product development initiatives from opportunity assessment through commercialization.
\n
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging industry trends.
\n
• Manage product portfolio strategies to support growth, profitability, and long-term business objectives.
\n
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Finance teams to execute strategic initiatives.
\n
• Develop business cases, financial models, forecasts, and recommendations for new growth opportunities.
\n
• Drive cross-functional projects while managing timelines, resources, and key deliverables.
\n
• Monitor business performance and leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
\n
• Collaborate with customers, distributors, and key business partners to understand market needs and drive product success.
\n
• Support pricing strategies, product lifecycle management, and continuous improvement efforts.
\n
• Present recommendations, project updates, and business insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
\n
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, innovation, business strategy, commercialization, or related functions.
\n
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and bringing new products or initiatives to market.
\n
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
\n
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Ability to influence and collaborate across departments and leadership levels.
\n
• Consumer products, manufacturing, personal care, beauty, or related industry experience preferred.
