You will render credit decisions, underwrite mortgage commitments, and verify documentation from Mortgage Brokers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of non-conforming mortgage underwriting and strong knowledge of RESPA, Reg B, Reg Z and related lending laws.
