The selected candidate will be responsible for program management, innovation, capital and operational execution, project management, and vendor management for pavement projects. This includes oversight of asphalt and concrete paving, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness across all projects. About the team: The team leads asset strategy and project execution for parking operations across Walmart US, Puerto Rico, Sam’s Club, and Supply Chain facilities. They drive business plans by identifying operational needs, removing obstacles, and ensuring resource availability. Through cross-functional leadership, continuous process improvements, and effective communication, the team delivers results aligned with company standards. They emphasize performance management and professional development while applying data-driven decision-making to adapt strategies for evolving business goals.
