As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and energetic Bi‑Lingual Recruiter to join our team.RecruiterThe position reports directly to the General Manager and will also support the Regional DirectorMain Responsibilities Include:Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positionsConduct interviews via phone, video, or in-personQualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviewsServe as the contact person for questions from candidatesMeet weekly quotas related to calls and emailsCommunicate regularly with HR Support team to assess candidate pipeline/onboardingProcessing applicants, new hire, and employee transactions through the human resources information systemAny other duties as requested by the HR Director and General ManagerQualifications:Bi-lingual in English and SpanishAbility to manage multiple requisitions and deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonalExperience working with Microsoft Office suiteHigh-Volume recruitment experience and passion for the peopleAbility to work independently and collaboratively1-2 Years Experience with recruitment databases, Paycom, and LinkedIn promotion tactics preferred, but not required.Location:This is NOT a remote position; Recruiter will be stationed at the assigned locationEducation:High School Diploma and GED. equivalent experience in Human Resources,Experience:Two+ years of recruitment experience preferred.Experience in recruiting for airport facility maintenance, preferred but not requiredOffers a full range of benefit offerings for full time employees including medical, dental, and vision. hospital indemnity, accident plan, and critical illness employee plan.Huntleigh USA Corporation provides general and aviation security solutions and services to commercial and private companies.
