\n As an Urgent Care APP, you will open a new clinic with 1 Family Medicine Physician . Help us grow our community and practice.  In this role you will collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, a nurse practitioner, care coordinators and integrated behavioral health providers.\n

\n Minimum Qualifications: \n

\n

\n
• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
\n
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
\n
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
\n
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
\n
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
\n
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).
\n

Preferred Qualifications: \n

\n
• Two (2) or more years of experience preferred.
\n
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
\n
• Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
