We are seeking an experienced full‑time School Psychologist (PEL‑Psych) to support our two campuses in Ohio. This candidate will provide a full range of school psychological services to children grades K‑8, including screening and assessment, individual and group counseling, and work with outside agencies as appropriate. This individual will function as a member of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team to determine student’s eligibility for special services, appropriate programming, and ongoing progress. Belief and alignment with ReGeneration's core beliefs and educational philosophy. 1‑3 years experience in an urban school setting preferred. Spanish bilingual preferred, but not required. Valid Professional Educator License (IL Type 73) with School Psychologist Endorsement required. Responsibilities Screen and evaluate referred children including selecting appropriate instruments, administering tests, observations, and writing reports which state the evaluation findings and provide for educational program recommendations. Participate as a member of the IEP team, contributing evaluation findings and collaborating with all members of the team to develop education plans. Consult with parents, teachers, and other staff regarding any accommodations/modifications needed for a specific child. Collaborate with other RSPs to ensure that the IEP team has the best picture of a student's profile. Collaborate as an expert in these areas with school staff around MTSS (RTI) implementation and Student Study Team meetings. Provide direct and indirect individual and group services to children that emphasize improved educational performance and/or conduct. Provide intervention strategies/collaboratively and use data to evaluate effectiveness. Establish and monitor necessary caseloads, work with schools and other staff to plan assessments and meetings. Have a working knowledge of special education law. Submit records, reports, and assignments promptly and efficiently. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. May be required to work outside of normal workdays and office hours to meet operational deadlines. Compensation Competitive salary and benefits (based on education and experience).
