Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist Level I Fieldwork Supervisor at our Pediatric Clinic in Kalamazoo, MI. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring occupational therapy students during their fieldwork. Daily tasks include guiding students through patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring the application of best practices in pediatric occupational therapy. The role also involves collaborating and managing clinical documentation. Qualifications Experience in Pediatric Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation Strong Communication skills for mentoring and patient interaction Ability to work effectively in an educational setting Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Michigan Previous experience in a clinical supervisory role is a plus Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field Help us guide students in their journey to become skilled and compassionate OTs.
