Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's)

Provide individual care for a special needs child

Provide PRN coverage during weekdays (Monday - Friday) helping with ADLS

Pay is $21.00 per hour

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) duties and responsibilities:

• Monitor vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration)
• Assist with monitoring student's comfort and observe for any pain
• Assist with transfers
• Provide assistance with feeding or holding utensils
• Assist with toileting or diaper changes
• Assist student with activities (hand over hand assistance)
• Document care

Requirements:

• Must have six (6) months experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant; pediatric experience preferred
• Must be certified in NC and listed on the NC Nurse Aide Registry
• Must be CPR certified (no online courses accepted)
