Job Title: Technical Program Analyst (Google Workspace & Chrome OS Administrator) Employment Type: Long Term Contract (12 Months) Location: Forsyth, GA Work Setup: Hybrid Pay Rate: $31 on W2 About the Opportunity CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is seeking an experienced Technical Program Analyst – Google Workspace & Chrome OS to support and manage Google-based technology systems in a large enterprise environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Google Workspace accounts, administering Chromebooks and Chrome OS devices, maintaining system security, and providing hands‑on technical support to users. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Google Workspace Administration, Google Admin Console, Chrome Management Console, Chromebook deployment, and IT troubleshooting , along with the ability to support technology used in educational environments. This opportunity is well‑suited for an IT professional who enjoys solving technical problems, managing devices and user accounts, improving system performance, and ensuring technology runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities Google Workspace Administration Manage and maintain Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Groups, shared mailboxes, and Google Sites. Use Google Admin Console and Chrome Management Console to manage user accounts, devices, permissions, and security policies. Monitor system usage, storage, user activity, security settings, and file‑sharing permissions. Manage synchronization tools, automated schedules, system logs, email alerts, and reporting. Chromebook & Device Management Manage device security settings, content filtering, sign‑in restrictions, and user access policies. Monitor device performance, software updates, and security compliance. Maintain accurate inventory records for Chromebooks, devices, and related equipment. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Google Workspace, Chrome OS, and related applications. Troubleshoot hardware, software, Wi‑Fi, network connectivity, and device‑related issues. Assist teachers and other users with technical problems involving Google Workspace for Education and digital learning tools. Support web‑based applications and learning management systems (LMS). Work with internal technology teams to ensure applications and learning tools function properly. Documentation & System Improvement Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and support procedures. Track recurring technical issues and recommend solutions to improve system performance and user experience. Help maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient Google Workspace and Chrome OS environment. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT technical support or systems administration, preferably within an educational environment. Hands‑on experience with Google Workspace, Google Workspace for Education, and Chrome OS devices. Strong experience using Google Admin Console and Chrome Management Console to manage users, devices, and security policies. Experience providing technical support or systems administration in a large enterprise environment. Proficiency in supporting Apple products and Mac computers . Knowledge of network connectivity, Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, and endpoint security best practices. Experience supporting web‑based applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS) . What Makes You a Strong Candidate? Practical experience managing Google Workspace environments and large numbers of Chromebooks. Strong troubleshooting skills involving Chrome OS, Google applications, user accounts, and network connectivity. Experience supporting technology in schools, educational institutions, or enterprise organizations.
