Job Title: Janitor (1st Shift)
Location: Germantown, WI
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18-$21/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team in Germantown, WI. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain floors (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming)
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Perform routine cleaning of offices, hallways, and production areas
• Wipe down surfaces, equipment, and high-touch areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
