*Responsibilities*

* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings
* Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately
* Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure precise installation and repairs
* Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and effectively on various projects
* Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and prevent future issues
* Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of plumbing work
* Collaborate with construction teams on site to coordinate plumbing installations within larger projects

*Skills*

* Extensive construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential and commercial environments
* Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, and the use of plumbing inspection cameras
* Strong knowledge of water systems, plumbing system maintenance, repair techniques, and remodeling processes
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and mechanical diagrams accurately
* Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards governing plumbing work
* Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and plumbing-specific machinery
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
* Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing components such as valves, pumps, fixtures, and water heaters
* Experience operating company vehicles responsibly for project transportation
* Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
* Hands-on handyman experience or construction site experience is highly desirable for versatile project support
