Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities Responsible for the sales activities within the designated territory through direct sales efforts Planning and supervising the weekly activity of direct Sales Representatives Development of strategic sales planning, market penetration and execution strategies to consistently exceed goals Leads and motivates a high-performing team to achieve sales goals Communicates territory sales/quota expectations and reviews territory performance Provides customer support as the local, corporate Territory Manager Creates and implements strategic sales measures Completes territory sales analysis, sales forecast, and other reports as assigned Works with the Marketing Department to maintain relationships with key physicians Coordinates and attends local conventions/meetings/workshops as a corporate representative Collaborates with the National Accounts Manager for sales related activities Requirements B.S. or B.A. in related field required 4 years of medical sales experience with managerial duties, highly preferred Experience with endoscopic surgery products preferred Urology experience a definite plus Excellent and prompt communication skills Results-oriented leadership, effective decision-making, and strong technical expertise Effective time management skills, ability to prioritize workloads, organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient PC skills and familiarity with all MS Office suite of products Experience with and understanding of multi-cultural and multi-generational differences #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
