Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $32-$36/hour
• Annual Salary: $66,560-$74,880
• Bonuses: $4,000 sign-on bonus ($2,000 after 60 days, $2,000 after 180 days)

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home patient assessments on respiratory status and equipment needs
• Provide clinical education to patients and caregivers on respiratory device use and maintenance
• Adjust ventilator, oxygen, and related therapy settings per physician orders
• Troubleshoot advanced respiratory devices, alarms, and malfunctions
• Support patients remotely via phone follow-ups
• Travel locally using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
• Participate in on-call rotation for ventilator-related issues
• Document all patient interactions and equipment activities accurately
• Work autonomously delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in the home environment

What You Need

• Valid Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
• BLS certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel within service areas (Lake Havasu City, Kingman, Bullhead City)
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
• Experience with ventilator management, oxygen therapy, sleep apnea, or wound care is a plus
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
