Job Responsibilities

- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to guarantee holistic and comprehensive patient care.
- Patient and Caregiver Education: Guide patients and their families on therapy strategies to encourage ongoing progress beyond the clinical setting.
- Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development is supported.
Certifications
- Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure.
- Mandatory certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
