If your skills and experience are a good match for this role, please apply today.Job DutiesSet up and operate CTL machinery, shears, and related equipment.Review work orders and verify material specifications, sizes, and production requirements.Load, position, and move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes.Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with customer specifications.Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.Perform basic preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment cleaning, and minor repairs.Record production data, quality checks, downtime logs, and material usage.Assist with packaging, labeling, material handling, and maintaining a clean work area.Experience Requirements2+ years of machine operation or manufacturing experience required.CTL or metal processing experience is a plus.Ability to read a tape measure (to 1/32") and use measuring tools.Detail-oriented, ability to follow procedures and complete paperwork as required.Good math skills with proficiency in precision measurements.Ability to speak, read and write English.Ability to read work orders and follow instructions.Good communication skills.Able to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.Self-motivated, ability to perform work task independently.Excellent attendance, on-time, and dependable.BenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life Insurance and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-Focused Manufacturing Environment with opportunities for training and advancement.Ready to keep things moving?
