Greenhouse Manager

Description


A highly proficient Greenhouse Administrator with Recruiting Operations or HR Operations experience who can immediately assume ownership of a critical ATS environment, drive process improvements, evaluate emerging AI capabilities, train end users, and reduce operational dependency on a single system expert. The individual should be equally comfortable executing day-to-day platform administration and influencing leadership through strategic recommendations that improve recruiting effectiveness and maximize technology investment.

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
