Warehouse And Inventory EmployeeFrank's Truck Center, located in Lyndhurst, NJ, is the premier car and truck dealership in the NY/NJ area. We are seeking a full time warehouse and inventory employee to join our team in our extensive automotive and truck parts department.Some responsibilities of the position are:General labor within warehouse facilityLoading and unloading merchandise from incoming and outgoing trucksRelocating, packing and stocking merchandise within warehouse facilityPlace and retrieve merchandise from proper bins or shelvesMaintain physical inventory of the warehouseGeneral maintenance of the warehousePhysical inventory countsWarehouse planningHandle shipping & receiving parts and documentsThis position requires:Performing work safely and effectivelyExcellent computer skills with MS Word and ExcelAbility to lift 75 lbs. both alone and with assistanceAbility to operate warehouse machines such as forklift and pallet jackClose attention to detail and accuracyAbility to understand and properly follow all inventory procedures and verbal instructionsSelf-motivated with strong attention to detail and strong work ethicResults-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude with excellent communication skillsAbility operate office machines, such as phone, computer, calculator, fax, scan, printer, etc.A valid and clean drivers license and must complete a pre-employment background screening that includes a background check and drug screenWhat we offer:Competitive salary commensurate with experience - $16 to $18 per hourRoom for advancement in growing companyHealth and dental insuranceOptional voluntary insurances like vision and AFLAC401(k) with employer matchPaid time off, vacation, sick and holidaysAbout Our Dealership:Frank's Truck Center has been family owned and operated for over 90 years.
