Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Pulse Health Clinic, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms. \n
- Collaboratively developing customized treatment plans based on each client's unique goals, preferences, and needs. \n
- Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' concerns. \n
- Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families, guiding them on understanding mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies. \n
- Monitoring client progress regularly and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes. \n
- Engaging in interdisciplinary teamwork by collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care. \n
- Staying informed about the latest research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to enhance therapeutic approaches. \n
- Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in documentation, adhering to all relevant legal and ethical guidelines. \n
- Participating actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills. \n
- Advocating for your clients by addressing mental health stigma and advocating for their needs within the healthcare system. \n
Your work will focus primarily on clients dealing with mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and related conditions. You will support diverse individuals from various backgrounds, ensuring that your therapeutic approaches are culturally sensitive and tailored to each person's unique experiences.
Qualifications\nCandidates must possess the following qualifications:

- A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n
