Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.Minimum Qualifications:Requirements at this level consist of 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experiencePreference Statement:Preference may be given to applicants who have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Prefer strong communication and organizational skills.Job Responsibilities:This position is full-time in an office setting.Serves as the Navigator at reception by assisting customers with inquiries; answering general questions; entering and retrieving client information in the computer; and uploading documents timely and accurately.Demonstrates the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesyServes as the EBT clerk.Makes appropriate program referrals to community resources.Provides a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and in a timely mannerParticipate in individual and staff conferences.Must attend all mandatory trainings associated with the position.Write, present, and interpret information in a clear, concise, and organized manner.Maintain compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards.Perform various backup duties as required.
