We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Structural Engineer with a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative, safe, and efficient structural designs for a variety of building projects. Your expertise will ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations while utilizing advanced structural analysis tools and modeling software. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive structural designs for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings using industry-leading CAD software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and GIS tools.
• Perform detailed structural analysis utilizing advanced tools like FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and Mathcad to ensure safety, stability, and code compliance.
• Lead project scheduling efforts to meet deadlines while coordinating with project management teams to align design milestones with overall project timelines.
• Conduct building code analysis and ensure all designs adhere to local construction regulations and standards.
• Collaborate closely with civil engineers, geotechnical engineers, architects, and clients to develop system designs that integrate structural integrity with architectural vision.
• Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and clear communication materials for clients and construction teams.
• Oversee construction experience on-site to verify that implemented structures match design specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in developing structural designs for steel, concrete, masonry, and other materials using structural analysis tools such as FEA software.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software including Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and GIS applications.
• Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) tools for efficient project delivery.
• Familiarity with construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards across various regions.
• Experience with project management practices including scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication.
• Ability to perform complex structural analysis involving system design considerations for diverse project types.
• Excellent technical writing skills for preparing detailed reports and documentation.
• Prior experience in construction sites or fieldwork is highly desirable to ensure practical application of design concepts.

Pay: $110,948.28 - $125,000.00 per year
