Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position in Pulaski, Tennessee. This role involves providing vital patient care in a busy ER setting, with a focus on substance abuse treatment and acute care for patients with various medical conditions. Candidates must be adaptable, team-oriented, and able to handle high-pressure situations effectively.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure as an RN in Tennessee, ASN degree minimum, BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications, 3+ years of clinical experience (applicants with 0+ years will be considered), experience with ER patient care, bedside shift report, IV access.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience assisting with bedside procedures such as PICC lines and midlines, familiarity with CIWA/COWS protocols.
• Float: May be required to float to other departments as needed but not a standard.
• Additional Information: The position involves managing a diverse patient population aged 18 and older, including occasional teenage patients. The unit utilizes equipment such as IV pumps, Zoll monitors, and IV catheters. Candidates should demonstrate a calm demeanor, clinical confidence, and a team-oriented mindset. The start date is 07/06/2026, and orientation is held weekly on Mondays.
