Guest Services Agent

As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests—welcoming arrivals, assisting with requests, providing information, and helping create a comfortable and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and passionate about hospitality. WHAT YOU'LL DO Welcome guests upon arrival and complete check-in while ensuring guest information is accurate Answer guest questions and provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency Assist guests with luggage, transportation needs, and other requests Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience Support additional duties and responsibilities as assigned WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Previous customer service, hospitality, hotel, or resort experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional, positive, and guest‑focused attitude Ability to follow instructions and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish, is a plus Familiarity with hotel reservation systems preferred BENEFITS & PERKS Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (eligible employees) Paid Time Off (eligible employees) Holiday Pay (eligible employees) 401(k) with Company Match (eligible employees) Sick Time (eligible employees) SCHEDULE Hospitality requires a flexible schedule.
