Must be capable of using a variety of test equipment, logging information in technical databases and have a basic understanding of engineering schematics. Intermediate troubleshooting skills are required. This should include troubleshooting product, subassembly, and circuit board failures to component level. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team. Essential Functions: Responsible for conducting tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end productsMust be capable of using a variety of test equipment, logging information in technical databases and have a basic understanding of engineering schematics Basic foundational troubleshooting skills are requiredMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team Qualifications: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills: Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering theory; associate degree (technical discipline) is preferredElectronics / RF or Digital Troubleshooting Experience preferredExperience with L3Harris RFCD products and assembly processes is preferredAble to perform LabVIEW driven automated testsFamiliar with basic test equipment, i.E. Signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzersAble to read and understand schematic diagramsMS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong Customer focusCapable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvementsFamiliarity with basic computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state is $41,500 - $76,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
