Immediate cases available in Whiting and Manchester!

Whiting case: Days can be Monday, Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday (3 Days needed)

Hours are 10am - 6pm (24hrs)

Manchester case: Days are Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday (3 Days needed)

Hours are 2pm - 5pm on Tuesday and Thursday (6hrs) and 9am - 1pm on Sunday (4hrs)

We are currently looking for excellent Certified Home Health Aides to join our growing team. This position would be responsible for providing personal care services to our clients in their home while demonstrating our values of integrity, caring and compassion.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Supports our company mission to provide high-quality professional care that our clients deserve
• Provides personal care services as established in the plan of care
• Assists patients with mobilization
• Assists with hygiene (bathing, oral care, dressing, etc) and more
• Performs light homemaking assistance, including help with personal laundry, meal preparation, food shopping, etc
• Possess the ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Submits required documentation as per agency policy and procedures
• Ensures compliance of agency infection control and safety policies
• Demonstrates sound judgment

Qualifications and Skills

• Current and valid Home Health Aide Certification
• Meets all state requirements for CHHAs
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Current and valid driver's license
• Valid Auto Insurance and reliable automobile
• Able to travel to cases as assigned
