As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will play a crucial role in performing diagnostic radiographic exams and interventional procedures. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain high standards of patient care will be essential in this position.

• Perform diagnostic radiographic exams and interventional procedures per protocol
• Utilize PACS and EMR systems effectively
• Maintain appropriate IV and Contrast Competency
• Follow established protocols for patient positioning, exposure control, and radiation protection
• Assist with general x-ray procedures as needed
• Communicate clearly with all involved in the patient care process
• Clean and inspect departmental equipment, and stock imaging rooms

Requirements:

• Active Illinois license from IEMA
• ARRT Certification in Radiology
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Technical experience: 3 years
• Experience in Interventional Radiology or cath lab
