Family Support Navigator - Travel for Child & Family Visits

Northern Rivers Family of Services in New York seeks a dedicated Family Support Specialist for Foster Care to provide transportation, one-on-one respite, and oversee family visits on-site with occasional travel; you will report to the Program Supervisor and support children in care.
