As a Senior IT Security Engineer, you’ll design, implement, and strengthen security across endpoints, networks, applications, and cloud environments . What You'll Do

• Design, configure, and maintain security solutions across endpoint, network, application, and cloud environments.
• Investigate and resolve complex security issues and incidents.
• Monitor emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques and translate intelligence into actionable controls.
• Work with authentication, access management, logging, SIEM, and event‑correlation technologies.
• Automate security processes using scripting, APIs, and configuration management.
• Partner with IT and business teams to embed security into technology and business initiatives.
• Communicate security risks and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote security engineering best practices.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with security platforms, automation, scripting/APIs, and configuration management.
• Broad understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud, and applications.
• Experience with IAM/authentication, logging, SIEM, and security event analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex security risks into practical, business‑focused solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• A proactive mindset and genuine interest in the evolving threat landscape.

Preferred, not required:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, MIS, or related field; Security+, CISSP, GIAC, SANS, or similar certifications.
