Traveling Physical Therapist

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Livonia, MI (Home Health) where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while serving the Livonia/Downriver area.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Michigan Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain required state licensure prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience with Home Care Home Base EMR preferred.
• Client requires productivity expectation of approximately 30 points per week.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the coverage area, generally within an hour radius of hub cities listed.
• Willingness to cover the Livonia/Downriver area including Wyandotte, Taylor, New Boston, Lincoln Park, Allen Park, Southgate, Westland, Wayne, Garden City, Inkster, Plymouth, Canton.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous home health physical therapy experience preferred but candidates new to the setting will be considered.
• Comfort with video/Teams interviewing process.

Assignment Details

• Shift days: M-F.
• EMR: Home Care Home Base.
• On call: None.
• Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard mileage rate.
• Productivity expectation: 30 points per week.
• Clinician may be expected to travel and cover referrals across the Livonia/Downriver hub and surrounding cities, generally within an approximate one-hour radius depending on referrals.
