What You’ll Do As a CNA, you will assist licensed nursing staff and provide compassionate care to residents. Responsibilities Providing hands‑on care to long‑term residents and short‑stay patients Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting Taking and recording vital signs, height, and weight Assisting residents in meals, activities, and common areas Supporting and following individual care plans Observing and reporting changes in resident condition Documenting care using Point of Care (POC) systems Assisting nurses with additional resident care needs Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Current CNA certification through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission Previous CNA experience preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Compassionate, resident‑focused mindset Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) with Company Match Basic Life and AD&D Insurance Telemedicine Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Compassionate Action Relief for Employees (C.A.R.E.
