Tasks And Competencies Checks supplies in counter area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front‑of‑the‑house including coffee area, floors, windows, and beverage station, restroom, etc. Greets customers and takes their orders – uses cash register to record the order and computes the amount of the bill – collects payment from guest and makes change. Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, company policies & procedures. Counts money, checks, and charge payments in cash drawer at end of shifts. Completes cold & hot food preparation assignments neatly, accurately, and in a timely fashion. Maintains proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards while preparing food, serving food and cleaning up. Keeps display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service as assigned. Maintains professional appearance at all times, clean and well‑groomed as per standards. Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments. Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner when dealing with customers. Minimum Education N/A Preferred Education High School or GED Minimum Experience N/A Preferred Experience 3-6 months restaurant experience Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory – subject to restaurant locations and/or jurisdiction as some may require Food Handler certification for anyone working in food service. Soft Skills Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members High energy Ability to move from one activity to another quickly Team oriented; willing to give extra effort to help others Computer skills are helpful Scheduling This position is part‑time and full‑time and involves working a variety of hours, day and night, as Cinnabon locations can be open 24 hours depending on the location. Weekend & Holiday hours are required. Hours & Conditions Part‑time (up to 29 hours), Full‑time (30‑40 hours) – minimum number of days required. Travel N/A Physical Requirements Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand/walk 8 hours a day; reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp and grip and work in cooler (cold temperatures). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
