Position Summary

Uniguest is seeking an experienced Account Executive to help grow our presence within the senior living market. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who understands the senior living industry and enjoys introducing technology solutions that improve resident experiences and engagement.

In this role, you'll build relationships with senior living operators and communities, develop new business opportunities, and help customers identify the right combination of Uniguest solutions for their organizations. Our technology portfolio includes digital signage, IPTV, resident engagement, communication, and other digital experience solutions designed specifically for senior living environments.

We're looking for someone who understands how senior living organizations operate, knows how to navigate complex sales cycles, and is energized by building relationships and winning new business.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow  relationships with senior living operators, communities, and key industry stakeholders

• Prospect  new business opportunities within an assigned territory

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.

• Understand  customer needs and position Uniguest's portfolio of digital engagement solutions accordingly.

• Build and maintain  a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

• Expand r elationships with decision-makers across operations, technology, resident experience, marketing, and executive leadership.

• Partner  with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing throughout the sales process.

• Maintain  accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting information within Salesforce.

• Represent  Uniguest at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

• Stay informed  on senior living industry trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies.

• All other duties as assigned. 

What You'll Bring

• Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of developing and closing new business

• Experience selling directly into the senior living industry .

• Experience selling technology, SaaS, digital engagement, IPTV, digital signage, resident engagement, or related solutions strongly preferred

• Established relationships within senior living organizations are highly desirable

• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into technology solutions

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a broader sales team

• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM

• Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events
